WARRANTY

All Bonvo jewelry is covered by a six-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to defects resulting from the manufacturing process, materials, or craftsmanship. In such cases, BONVO will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Mishandling or accidental damage

  • Neglect or improper care

For issues outside the scope of this warranty, our Customer Care team can provide a repair or replacement quote upon request.

Conditions

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies only to the purchased item.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to BONVO are governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (2016/679). This means your personal details will not be shared with third parties, and we will not send you promotional information via email or post unless you explicitly agree to it.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. By registering your name or email address on our website, you consent to being governed by Bonvo's Terms and Conditions, as well as this Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

To process your order, we require your credit/debit card number, expiry date, and any additional security details required by the payment processor. Payments for all orders are taken prior to the dispatch of goods and are subject to fraud checks and verification by your card issuer.

By submitting your order on bonvojewelry.com, you confirm that the credit/debit card provided is yours or that you have the authority of the cardholder to make the payment.

We offer secure payment options via the Stripe payment system and PayPal. Both payment methods are trusted and widely used, ensuring the highest level of security for your transaction.

  • Stripe: Stripe uses advanced encryption and fraud detection technology to protect your payment details. All payment information, including your credit/debit card details, is encrypted using the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols. Any card details stored for future payments will be securely handled and stored on Stripe's servers, which are PCI-DSS compliant.

  • PayPal: If you prefer to use PayPal, you can securely complete your purchase using your PayPal account. PayPal also uses industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention measures to safeguard your financial information.

Your payment and order will only be deemed final when the full payment is successfully processed at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in the event of payment issues or fraudulent activity.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

POST AND PACKAGING

Each BONVO piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 2-5 full business days to produce.

If you require a fast-tracked order, please contact us before making a purchase. While we endeavor to meet every demand, we cannot guarantee all orders can be fast-tracked.

Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection. An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. Please note: BONVO is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

Once it is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with all of your tracking and shipping info.

We ship globally via DHL Express, all items will require a signature on delivery. Please select your country at checkout, however, if your country is not listed, please contact the Bonvo team at [email protected] for a quote.

Please note,  engravable items and pre-order items can take longer.

DUTIES & TAXES

We deliver DDP/Delivery Duty Paid to UK, Switzerland, US & Australia. For all other destinations outside the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes.

If a delivery destination is selected where we do not currently offer Duty Paid, then product prices are displayed in Euros but are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. These vary from country to country and Bonvo has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by DHL Express and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

BREXIT

While the UK may have left the EU, we want to take this opportunity to reassure you that all EU orders are shipping swiftly from our studio. Our pricing remains unchanged, and your order will arrive with local VAT and any import duties prepaid. The price you see when shopping at BONVO remains the total price you will pay.

RUSSIA

Please note that through reasons beyond our control we do not currently ship to Russian Federation's addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel. If you have not received this email, please contact us at [email protected] to request an update. Please give your Order Number.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, should your purchase not be quite what you’re after we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of the order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, however, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were. Must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. BONVO will not accept returns of any items that have been. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

GIFT EXCHANGES

We are happy to accommodate gift exchanges! To start this process, please kindly email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with all the required information.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your BONVO purchase. Quality is extremely important to us so if your jewelry is damaged we would be happy to fix it for you within our 6-months warranty. To initiate the repair process, please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

RETURNS

You are entitled to return any item bought on Bonvojewelry.com, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of delivery, and receive a full refund (less any postage/shipping charges).

Please note, engraved items are non-returnable / non-refundable (unless faulty).
To return an item, contact us stating your Order Number and reason for return.
For orders outside of the EU, BONVO cannot refund any import tax or customs duties payable.
We request that all items are returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn.

To return items from overseas, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. BONVO Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via any of the above courier services. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
