We ask that you allow 2–3 business days for most orders to be processed, as all of our pieces are made-to-order. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking and shipping details.
+ Can I update/cancel my order or change my shipping address after placing?

+How do I know that my order is received?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This means we’ve received your order and will begin processing it shortly.
+ Do you do special orders or custom work?

+I have received a defected, incomplete or wrong item. What can I do?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. While we carefully quality-check all our jewelry, occasional mistakes can happen.
A piece will be considered defective if it arrives damaged or if a manufacturing fault appears within six months of purchase. Please note that damage caused by excessive wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us your order ID along with clear photos of the item. We’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

+ Which payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available), all through our secure payment gateway.
+Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes! You can make a safe and simple payment using PayPal. Just select the PayPal option at checkout and follow the link to complete your purchase.
+Can I place an order over the phone or via email?

+How much will I be charged for shipping?
Greece: ACS recorded delivery — €3.00, with delivery in 1–3 days.

Worldwide: DHL Express delivery — shipping cost varies by destination, with delivery in 1–5 days.
+Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes! Once your order ships from our studio, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. You can use the link in the email to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most destinations worldwide using DHL Express. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] — our dedicated team will be happy to assist you.
+ International Taxes & Duties
We’re happy to offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service for customers in the EU, UK, Switzerland, the US, and Australia. This means the price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay — no extra taxes or duties.
For all other destinations, import taxes and duties may apply. If your country isn’t covered by our Duty Paid service, prices are shown do not include local taxes or duties. These fees vary by country and are beyond Bonvo’s control.
If import taxes or duties are due, DHL Express will contact you directly, and your order won’t be released until payment is made. For more details, please reach out to your local customs office.
+ Do you require signature upon delivery?
Yes, due to the value and delicacy of our jewelry, we reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure your package arrives safely and in the right hands.

We offer a ring sizer and detailed sizing guidance on every ring’s product page to help you find the perfect fit.
+ What if my rings/purchase does not fit?

+ What are your jewelry are made of?
Our fine jewelry collection is exclusively crafted from 14ct solid gold. Our silver designs are made from recycled 925 high-polished sterling silver, plated thickly with 18ct gold to ensure long-lasting durability.
